Randall Martinez serves as C.O.O. for Cordoba Corp, a multi-million dollar consulting firm.  Randall earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Admin/Finance from U.S.C. In addition to his involvement on the FHPOA Board, Randall is active in the community and is a member for the Calif. Dept. of General Services Small Business Advisory Council, on the Corporate Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Whittier and many others.  Randall also published his first book, Ten Days to Get to London - a European Backpacking Adventure in 2004.
